Court’s process of personal development forged while navigating the world of advertising, parenting, and the film industry has led him to recognizing the importance of gratitude as part of daily living. Court is an award winning copywriter. He authored the screenplays for A Lobster Tale and Old School. In 2012 he created the documentary, Free Throw, chronicling 8 students from Compton High School taking part in a free throw basketball contest awarding the winner a college scholarship. The following year Court created his company, Positivity, that allowed him to work on projects designed to fulfill his passion of promoting positive thinking and behavior in the world. In 2013 he partnered with Oberto Beef Jerky to create the Hero’s of Summer advertising series that highlighted inspirational athletes that live and breathe the “you get out what you put in” spirit. He gave a TED talk in 2014 titled Learn to be Happy. Court created his The Positivity Magnet in 2019 that landed him on the Kelly Clarkson Show

Born and raised in New Hampshire, Randy Pierce was active in band, drama, and several outdoor sports before he climbed his first mountain at the young age of 10. Randy went on to earn his BSEE from the University of New Hampshire, then began a successful career at Digital Equipment Corporation as a hardware design engineer.
At the age of 22, Randy unexpectedly lost his vision over the course of a short two weeks due to a devastating neurological disease. Still passionate about sports, Randy found ways to continue to enjoy football, basketball, baseball, and even darts! His advancement in karate through his second-degree black belt helped him improve focus and orientation and excel at many of the challenges he faced through his blindness.
